No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Drilling & Conditioning

No Gi classes are instructed in fitness gear without relying on the grips used in the BJJ Gi. Please wear compression gear (i.e.: rashguards, spats, grappling shorts) that conforms to your body and avoid baggy clothing that will pull or catch on your partner.

This class includes high-intensity cardio conditioning & technique exercises for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. One-on-one partner drills are incorporated.

We recommend that students with at least one year of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience enroll in this class.
